Claimant Louis B. Berger Jr. appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (board) which affirmed the referee’s decision that the claimant was no longer unemployed within the meaning of section 4(u) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law 1 and, therefore, pursuant to section 401 of the Law, 43 P.S. § 801, the claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment benefits.
