KRUEGER, Judge.

The appellant was tried and convicted of the offense of receiving and concealing stolen property, and his punishment was assessed at a fine of $15.00.

The only contention made by the appellant which we deem necessary to discuss is the insufficiency of the testimony to sustain the conviction. The State’s testimony showed that on or about the first day of March, 1933, some one took a lawn mower from the place of G. E.
