[ t Appellant Frank Campbell was convicted of two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of sexual indecency with a child. The charges were based on allegations that appellant inappropriately touched his two teenage stepdaughters (NB and EB) and that he sent the younger stepdaughter (EB) a fictional story about a sexual relationship between a stepfather and stepdaughter. For these crimes, appellant was sentenced to thirty years in prison.
