MEMORANDUM OPINION Plaintiff Saeed Abedini has spent 1,268 days of his life in captivity. In July 2012, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps took him hostage and detained him until January 2016. For three and a half years, Abedini was interrogated, tortured, and beaten.
