Fred Walker, a son of Alice Ann Walker, deceased, filed in the probate court of Cook county a petition for the probate of a written instrument alleged to be the last will and testament of his mother and in which the petitioner was designated as the chief beneficiary and executor. On a hearing of the petition on July 14, 1927, the will was admitted to probate. John Walker, another son of the deceased, and two of his sisters, prosecuted an appeal to the circuit court of Cook county.
