Two actions were brought against the plaintiff in error, one by Elizabeth M. Bissett, joined by her husband, Richard Bissett, and the other by Richard Bissett, seeking to recover damages for personal injuries received by Elizabeth M. Bissett, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the plaintiff in error.
