Appeal from a resentence of the Onondaga County Court (William D. Walsh, J.), rendered September 13, 2011. Defendant was resentenced upon his conviction of attempted burglary in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the resentence so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: Defendant was convicted upon his plea of guilty of attempted burglary in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 140.25 [2]) and sentenced as a predicate felon to seven years of incarceration and five years of postrelease supervision.
