Plaintiff Helen A. Dick is before this court for the fourth time on a matter involving the actions of defendant, Peoples Bank of Bloomington (Bank), now Peoples Mid-Illinois Corporation (holding company), as trustee of the estates of George E Dick, Jr. (George Jr.), and Althea M. Dick. The trial court dismissed plaintiff’s pro se amended complaint filed in May 1989, finding it was barred by res judicata, collateral estoppel, and the applicable statute of limitations.
