This is a suit brought by a shoe manufacturing company of Boston, Massachusetts, to recover from the defendant, D. R. Hendricks of Bogalusa, in the Parish of Washington, the sum of $1,741.55 for certain lots of shoes sold and delivered to him between March 3, 1947 and April 29, 1947. The shipment consisted of ten lots, six of which were shipped during the month of March and the other four during the month of April.
