| íAppellant, Terrick Terrell Nooner, moves this court to recall the mandate that this court issued on direct appeal affirming his conviction for capital murder and his sentence of death by lethal injection. Nooner v. State, 822 Ark. 87, 907 S.W.2d 677 (1995), cert. denied, 517 U.S. 1148, 116 S.Ct. 1436, 134 L.Ed.2d 558 (1996).
