Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe *1483County (Francis A. Affronti, J.), rendered February 7, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of aggravated driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
