Plaintiffs-Appellants María de los A. Pages-Cahue (“Pages”), Maria Pilar López (“López”), and Gilberto Izquierdo-Santiago (“Izquierdo”) (collectively, “Appellants”) appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Appellee Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España (“Iberia”) on claims of age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended (“the ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. .621 et seq.
