—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in St. Lawrence County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Following a disciplinary hearing, petitioner, an inmate at a State facility, was found guilty of refusing to obey a direct order and failing to comply with the disposition imposed at a prior prison disciplinary hearing, in violation of institutional rules.
