This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Multnomah county, sustaining the validity of the last will and testament of Isaac K. Davis, deceased.

Isaac K. Davis emigrated from Russia to the United States when he was a very young man. He settled in Portland, and, within a few months, sent to Russia for his intended bride. When she arrived in this country, they were married. They spent all of their married life of thirty-five years in the city of Portland.
