Appeal from judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (George Covington, J., at plea and sentence), rendered December 3, 1992, convicting defendant, upon his pleas of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and sexual abuse in the first degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 2Vz to 5 years and 3 to 6 years, respectively, unanimously held in abeyance and the case remanded for further proceedings as to whether defendant should be permitted to withdraw his plea.
