The Trial Court sustained the defendant’s motion for summary judgment, and by this appeal the apx^ellants challenge the correctness of such ruling. The appellants (plaintiffs below) are Brice Van Dalsen and the Bailsback Tractor Company (hereinafter called “Bailsback”), and the real appellee (which was the defendant below) is Jim "Walter Corporation. The action was for personal injuries sustained by Van Dalsem and property damage sustained by Bailsback when a car driven by Fred Inman, Sr. collided with the Bailsback vehicle.
