Appellant-husband appeals an adverse final judgment and order denying rehearing in an action for dissolution of marriage he filed against appellee-wife. The appellee filed an answer denying that the marriage was irretrievably broken and, in addition, filed a counter-petition seeking separate maintenance and other affirmative relief.
