Before the Court is the appeal of Plaintiffs-Intervenors, Sardar A Duad Khan and Shahwar Duad Khan (“the Khans”), from the District Court’s denial of their motion for intervention. The main demand in the case is the enforcement of an arbitration award in favor of TCL and against defendant-appellee China National Machinery Import and Export Company (“CMC”).
