Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (John Fisch, J.), rendered May 25,1993, convicting defendant, after a trial by jury, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to 6 to 12 years in prison, unanimously reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion to suppress granted, and the indictment dismissed.
