This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook county dismissing the application of the appellant for registration of title to certain lands situated in that county. The facts involved are not in dispute. The appellant’s application alleges that he is the owner of the title to the property and entitled to its registration. The appellees filed an answer, .saying that they through mesne conveyances had on March 3, 1923, purchased the property in question from Eva Harris, to whom the appellant had contracted to sell the property, and that they were entitled to hold unmolested the…
