In these consolidated appeals, appellant Kyriakos Psaromatis seeks the return of his security deposit after his failure to purchase property offered for sale by English Holdings, LLC. Three issues require our resolution. First, Mr. Psaroma-tis contends that the trial court erred in concluding that he was required to settle on the purchase of the property before he received insurable title.
