ORDER OF REMAND

HAGEN, District Judge.

The State of Nevada sued defendants in State court pursuant to NRS 283.440 (# IB). Defendants removed to this court, citing 28 *935U.S.C. §§ 1441 and 1443 as bases for removal (# 1). The State moved to remand pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447 (# 1).

FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

The State’s complaint is styled a “complaint for removal from office pursuant to the procedure set forth in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 283.440.” Compl. at 1. It alleges, inter alia, the following:
