MOYE, District Judge:

Perry Doyal appeals from a decision of the district court holding that the Army did not violate his civil rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. when it decided to transfer him and, subsequently, to terminate his employment and that the court did not have jurisdiction to hear Mr. Doyal’s civil service claims under the Civil Services Reform Act of 1978, 5 U.S.C. § 7701, et seq. The judgment of the district court is affirmed in part and reversed in part. The cause is remanded for further proceedings in accordance with…
