The appellant, John T. Powders, was appointed receiver of the Eicher-Woodland Lumber Company, Incorporated, a corporation of the state of Louisiana, in a proceeding in that state. Subsequently, he was appointed ancillary receiver by the chancery court of Wilkinson county, Mississippi, for property of said company in the state of Mississippi.
