PATRICIA BRECKENRIDGE, Chief Judge.
The State appeals from the trial court’s order sustaining defendant Marc McFall’s motion to suppress. The State contends that the police had reasonable suspicion to conduct a protective search for weapons of Mr. McFall’s car after observing him make furtive movements during a routine traffic stop. Deferring to the trial court’s credibility determinations and considering all of the facts and inferences in the light most favorable to the trial court’s order, this eourt finds that the trial court’s order suppressing the seized evidence is not clearly erroneous.…
