On September 30, 1927, the plaintiffs, John H. Anderson, father, and Carl H. Anderson, son, filed in the district court of Wapello County a petition, praying for a decree requiring the defendants to convey certain real estate in Ottum-wa, Iowa, to the plaintiffs, pursuant to the terms of a certain contract in writing, alleged to have been entered into August 19, 1927, and asking for an assignment of or an accounting concerning the rents on said property from August 1, 1927.
