Charles Williams, Jr., was convicted and sentenced in the Middle District of North Carolina for possessing with intent to distribute crack cocaine. In this appeal, Williams pursues a single contention — that the district court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during a traffic stop on Interstate 85.
