Angelo’s Tow Service (hereinafter “Angelo’s”) appeals the denial of its motion to set aside the default judgment entered when Angelo’s failed to respond or appear after being served with a summons and petition in this personal injury suit. The trial court concluded that Angelo’s motion to set aside was untimely because it was filed more than a year after the default judgment was entered, though the default judgment only became final after the motion was filed.
