James K. Cullen filed a bill of interpleader in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County against the Glen Burnie Savings and Loan Association of Anne Arundel County, and Harry V. Martindale, rival claimants of a fund of $375. An order was passed requiring the parties to interplead. The money was paid into court by Mr. Cullen, and a decree finally passed declaring the money to be the property of Martindale, from which the Glen Burnie Savings and Loan Association appeals.
