— The elaborate argument of this cause at the last term, and the full consideration given by the Court to the points made, had induced us to hope, that our opinion, however unsatisfactory, would be acquiesced in. But in this expectation we have been disappointed. The plaintiffs have presented to us a petition for a rehearing, in which is embodied a long and ingenious argument.
