INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Edith Jordan (“Plaintiff’) filed this action on May 14, 2013, complaining of violations of the First and Fourteenth Amendments, the Family Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601, et seq. (“FMLA”), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2Q00e, et seq. (“Title VII”), the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”) and the New York Constitution. (Dkt. 1).
