This suit was brought in the ordinary form of trespass to try title by Mary A. D. Lambright and others as heirs of W. P. DuBose to recover a certain tract of land located and patented by virtue of a bounty land certificate issued to said DuBose. The original suit was filed on March 17, 1898, the only plaintiffs then being Mrs. Lambright and her husband, and Mrs. W. C. Newton, who was alleged to be a feme sole.
