*1314Appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court (Donald E. Todd, A.J.), rendered June 21, 2012. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree (two counts), assault in the third degree, reckless assault of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
