*355 Kandra Dorell Nickens ("Defendant") appeals from a 10 August 2017 judgment after a jury convicted her of resisting a law enforcement officer and of second-degree trespass. The trial court sentenced Defendant to a sentence of forty-five days, suspended with twelve months of special, supervised probation and seven days in the custody of the Harnett County Sheriff's Office.
