On August 25, 2006 the Carlton Bridge Owners Association, Inc. (“CBOA”) filed a Complaint (“Compl.”) against Arthur B. Keyser and Sue C. Keyser (referred to collectively as the “Keysers”), and Carlton Bridge, Inc.
