This was a bill filed by appellee, in the circuit court of Franklin county, for the specific performance of a contract. The bill alleges that appellee owned a piece of land in that county, and in 1872 erected a two-story building thereon at a cost of about $1300, using the upper story for a lodge room and renting the lower story for a retail store; that in 1879 a railroad company built its road through the county, and located a depot about three-quarters of a mile from the building, the station at that point being called Mulkeytown; that the land at and around the station, and upon which the…
