***138¶1 Scott Reegan McCarthy appeals the judgment of the Montana Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, affirming the Bozeman Municipal Court's judgments of conviction on jury trial of misdemeanor Criminal Trespass, Assault (two counts), Resisting Arrest, and Obstructing a Peace Officer.
