— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Coutant, J.), rendered June 5,1981, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Defendant’s indictment and convictions stem from an incident which occurred during the early morning hours of July 26, 1979.
