This action was instituted by Karl Gordon Wagner, plaintiff, against Mabel Michael Fiery, trading as Michael’s Transfer; Mabel Lynn Michael, trading as Michael’s Transfer, and Wade Layman Dove, defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries he allegedly sustained when the automobile he was driving was struck from the rear by a tractor (without a trailer attached) operated by defendant Dove while in the employment of Michael’s Transfer.
