—Appeal from judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Allen G. Alpert, J.), rendered December 3, 1986, convicting defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree and sentencing her to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from six years to life, held in abeyance and the matter remanded for a Mapp hearing.
