¶ 23. I respectfully dissent and would affirm the judgment of the trial court.

¶ 24. Samantha raises only two specific issues on which she bases her appeal:(1) “The Chancery Court Judge erred in entering a judgment of divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences without a signed property settlement agreement by the parties”; and(2) “The Chancery Judge erred in proceeding to enter the final judgment of divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences when there was a pending motion to recuse pending before the judge.”
