MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

SQUATRITO, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Vincent Nastro (“Nastro”), has brought this lawsuit against the above-named defendants seeking injunctive relief pursuant to the Connecticut’s enactment of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (“UFTA”), Conn. Gen.Stat. §§ 52-552a-5521 (West Supp.2002), and damages under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn. Gen.Stat. §§ 42-110a et seq. For the reasons set forth herein, defendants’ motions to dismiss are granted in part and denied in part. This action will go forward despite the lack of personal…
