Janina Taylor sued Joseph Polackwich to establish a one-half interest in property which they acquired while living together. Both parties appeal from the judgment.

Plaintiff and defendant met in 1971. Defendant was divorced. Plaintiff was separated from her husband and subsequently obtained a dissolution of the marriage. In 1972 defendant gave up his apartment and moved in with plaintiff, the six minor children of her marriage and her sister’s minor child who were living in a rented house on Lime Avenue.
