Piccerelli v. Zoning Board of Review of Barrington

This is a petition for certiorari to review the action of the respondent board in granting an application for an exception or variance. We issued the writ and in compliance therewith the pertinent papers were duly-certified to this court for our examination.

It appears therefrom that on August 28, 1968, Colonial Laundries, Inc. applied for an exception or variance to operate a dry cleaning store in a C commercial zone and was joined therein by the owner of the property involved, County Road Realty Corporation.
