The writer is firm in the opinion that this case should be affirmed, due to the many decisions of this court and the Supreme Court on the question before us. The majority of the whole court think otherwise. Because of my sincere belief in my stand, I am setting out the entire case more in detail than is usual in a dissenting opinion. I have set forth the pleadings as well as the evidence.
