In March 2020, Appellant Brejon Nabors was convicted of malice murder and related charges in connection with the shooting death of Mondavius Milan.1 On appeal, Nabors contends (1) trial counsel was ineffective for advising Nabors not to testify in his own defense, and (2) the State failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt because the verdict was based exclusively on accomplice testimony.
