The testator was eighty-one years of age at the time of executing his last will, and was in poor health and had been for several years. He had by his first wife two children, Marion E. and Ransom J., both of whom are mentioned in that will. He married the defendant, Elizabeth L., in 1863, when he was forty-three years of age and she was *323only twenty years of age. By her he had two children, Evelyn A., born in 1866, and Florence E., born in 1876, and they are both provided for in the will.
