This action is brought to set aside a judgment for perjury committed in the course of the trial. From an order overruling a demurrer to the complaint, defendant appeals.

' The complaint alleges that defendant issued a beneficiary certificate to Samuel Schlesinger in his lifetime, and in the certificate plaintiffs were named as beneficiaries; that Samuel Schlesinger died, and plaintiffs brought action against defendant on the certificate; that the defendant pleaded in defense that H.
