OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

In this proceeding, the respondent was served with a petition containing seven charges of professional misconduct. The *253Special Referee sustained all seven charges. The Grievance Committee moves to confirm the Special Referee’s report and to impose such discipline upon the respondent as the Court deems just and proper. The respondent has submitted an affirmation in opposition requesting that the motion to confirm be denied and the petition dismissed.
