*1381Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Richard A. Keenan, J.), rendered July 6, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of robbery in the first degree, burglary in the second degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
